2020 Appointments
Please contact our Call Centre on 020 7596 2020 to book an appointment or click here: Appointment Bookings. Our Call Centre team are ready to take your call 7 days a week from 9.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Saturday and 11.30am to 5.30pm on Sundays. Should you wish to simply pop in for an eye exam without an appointment, please feel free. Our team are ready to welcome you whichever way you chose to do it. We pride ourselves in always being available and ready to accommodate your every need.
1 Hour Service
At 20/20 most spectacles can be made in an hour and most contact lenses are usually ready to collect on the same day, especially if you use disposables. Our ample spectacle and contact lens stock enables us to achieve this in 90% of cases. Most prescription sunglasses can be ready to wear in about 3 hours. Items that we order include special custom-made Contact Lenses and Multifocal spectacle lenses.
Should you require something urgently that we do not have in stock, we will endeavour to supply you with a temporary solution so that you leave visually reassured.

Contact Lens Aftercare
From the date of your last 20/20 eye exam and same-day purchase of contact lenses you are entitled to free contact lens aftercare for upto 12 months. This aftercare provision is subject to a minimum-supply purchase of our lenses. Should you have signed up for our direct debit option, it will automatically apply.
Contact lens aftercare involves seeing our 20/20 optometrists for a check-up relating to your lenses. You are reassured of our support no matter how small the problem may seem. This way we are able to nip things in the bud and adopt a healthy preventative approach.
Should you experience no evident problems, a general contact lens check is recommended every 6 months. If you are a first-time wearer or wear special lenses like silicone hydrogels, then you may require more frequent checks. Your 20/20 eye care team will advise you on the frequency applicable.

Contact Lens By Post Direct Debit Options
This worry-free option is available with all 20/20 disposable contact lenses and ensures that they always arrive on time and directly to your door. The lenses are supplied at a frequency that meets your requirements and is convenient for you. This allows you to spread the cost of your lenses indefinitely and free* delivery is available to all our customers in the UK. Whether you are a full-time or occasional contact lens wearer, the 20/20 Direct Debit option is tailor-made to suit you and unlike some, no joining fee applies.
* Postage of solutions may incur a postal fee, some exceptions apply.

Easy Payment Interest Free Options
The Interest Free Option is available to all 20/20 customers. It allows you to spread the cost of your spectacles, contact lenses or both into instalments over a period of time. You can therefore enjoy the benefit of new eyewear immediately without burning a hole in your pocket.
All product purchases* £200 or more can be spread over 6 - 9 months. A deposit of 25% to 33% is required as well as two forms of identification. Preferably, these will be a recent bank statement and a current utility bill. Jewellery eyewear (Cartier, Fred and Mont Blanc) is subject to a deposit of 50%.
Whilst you enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, our interest-free team will process your application and approvals should be granted within minutes.
* Contact lens solutions are excluded

2020 Corporate Eyecare Plan
This plan offers employers the opportunity to take care of their employees' VDU requirements in a cost-effective and sensible manner. The Health and Safety Executive Regulations (1992) state that employers have a legal obligation to provide an eye exam to each employee working with Display Screen Equipment (DSE) i.e. computers or visual display units (VDUs) Should employees seek eye exams independently, they are entitled to full reimbursement of the fee paid, from their employers. The normal price for a comprehensive 20/20 eye exam including VDU testing is £35.00*. However, a discounted rate of £20.00* per employee is available through the Corporate Plan. In addition, should an employee require spectacles specifically for use at the VDU, employers are expected to provide reimbursement for the cost of a basic pair. Using the 20/20 Card employees enjoy fantastic savings on spectacle frames and contact lenses. This gives employers incredible value and cost-effectiveness.
As a bonus, 20/20 eye exams exceed the basic requirements of a VDU eye exam, as Optomap Retinal Scanning is included as part of its basic eye care policy. The end result should be happier, more visually efficient employees. Multiple orders for 20/20 cards can also be taken when placing your order for the 20/20 VDU Vouchers.
How to apply?
20/20 VDU Eye Exam Vouchers are bought by the employer and are available in multiples of 10 with a minimum purchase of 10 vouchers. Each voucher costs £20.00*. To register your interest please contact 0207 596 2020.
How to use the 20/20 VDU voucher
Once you have distributed the vouchers to your employees, they should contact our team to book an appointment on 0207 5962020 and quote the reference on the voucher.
*Fees correct at the time of writing and are subject to change

Eyecare Vouchers
In addition to our own 20/20 VDU Vouchers, we also recognise the blue 'Eye Care' Vouchers issued through Eye care Vouchers Limited. A comprehensive VDU eye exam is performed and VDU certificates are issued afterwards. Please note that the 20/20 VDU Voucher covers the cost of the full eye exam including the Optomap Retinal Scan, but an 'Eye Care' voucher does not, so a supplementary £12.50 will be charged.

NHS Concessions
Free NHS eye exams and NHS vouchers are available to certain individuals only. Should you fall into this category, the Optomap Retinal Scan will cost you a supplementary £12.50.
