We have been in the optics retail business since August 1993 specialising in eye care and fashion eye wear. We trade up to 72 hours per week as the store is open 7 days a week, selling contact lenses, frames, sunglasses and other products while checking the eye sight and health of our customers eyes. We take pride in our commitment to excellence and value for money, top quality optical care and patient satisfaction. Our services are tailored to suit our customers' tastes as well as their budget and we have invested in the latest technology to provide state-of-the-art eye care at all times. 20-20’s rapid growth taking the Tottenham Court Road store from a staff of six in 1993 to over one hundred by the end of 1997 means that we offer a challenging environment to work at and opportunities for professional growth for our staff. We are totally committed to ongoing improvement and development both of our staff as well as our professional services. Currently, 20-20 is supported by over 170,000 registered customers and is growing each day. We employ over 110 people from all continents. Our staff are energetic, motivated, dedicated and strive for perfection in their work making sure that the service they offer is of the highest standard. We offer our staff an energetic, enjoyable and flexible environment to work and develop. Our store boasts possibly the largest selection of designer frames in a single store in London, if not Europe. In July 2001 we became the first optometry store in the world to offer revolutionary Optomap retinal imaging as part of its basic patient care regime. We offer in house training for our staff and focus on their ongoing professional development.
