If you have lost a contact lens or broken your spectacles, we can help you. Our store at Tottenham Court Road is open 7 days a week. Your spectacles or contact lenses will be organised while you wait. On rare occasions certain lens types may not be in stock. We will then endeavour to supply a temporary lens to see you through your ordeal until it arrives.
If you are an existing contact lens wearer with us and are not due for your next lens check-up or eye exam, then please contact us to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
If you are an existing spectacle wearer with us and simply want an exact replica of your previous spectacles sent to you, please contact our dispensing team to arrange this. Same day service (excluding posting) is only possible if your frame is in stock.
Our team may be reached on 020 7596 2020 or simply email us at: enquiries@20-20.co.uk
