As an addition to this investment, we also include our famous Optomap Test that can look up to 200 degrees to the back of the eye. These investments ensure that we provide the most accurate results for the health of our customers' eyes.

We believe in fast and efficient service. A majority of our customers receive their prescription eyewear within 1 hour, and contact lens wearers are usually notified for pick up the same day of their visit. The reason we are able to provide this fast service is because we carry almost 90% of spectacles and contact lenses available in our stock!

The 20-20 Company History

In August 1993, we decided that it was time for the public to be offered excellent and quick optical service as well as contact lenses at affordable prices.

Our emphasis on affordable contact lenses, free contact lens aftercare and swift efficient service led to a rapid growth. Our Tottenham Court Road store grew from a staff of six to over one hundred by the end of 1997.

Eyewear quickly became part of the equation and now we boast possibly the largest selection of designer frames in a single store in London, if not in Europe.

We have also committed ourselves to ongoing improvement of professional services. In July, 2001, 20-20 became the first optometry store in the world to offer revolutionary Optomap Retinal Imaging as part of its basic patient care regime.

Currently, 20-20 is supported by over 200, 000 customers and is growing each day.
